Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24 with the exception of the Sublimation Sample Box. In some circumstances they might be sent via either DHL or DPD. The expected delivery time is up to 2 working days (please note that during busy times, eg. Christmas, it may take slightly longer).

0 - 2kg    £4.15
2kg <      £7.45

Processing time

Our current processing time is 1-2 working days.

Pre-orders

If you have placed a pre-order with us, please wait patiently, and we will inform you as soon as we have the goods in hand. Once received, we will aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Please make sure that the delivery address, as well as your contact details are correct to avoid any further delays.

Please Note!
Any orders that include at least 1 pre-order item will be dispatched once all products are in stock. If you require any of the products available sooner, please place a separate order!

Returns

If you have changed your mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods by sending an email to info@sub-blanks.co.uk. You do not have to provide a reason for cancellation, however, you do need to make sure that the products you’d like to return are in an unused, undamaged condition for us to be able to issue you a full refund. Please make sure that you send your items back within 14 days of cancelling your order. The postage for all returns will be covered by the buyer unless the items are being returned due to prior damage to the product. We recommend using tracked service for all your returns.

If the product is damaged

If you have received a damaged product and would like to return it, please email info@sub-blanks.co.uk , stating your full name and order number. Please also include the photos of the damaged product/s and state the quantity being returned. All products have to be returned in an unused state. Please make sure that you inspect your order upon receipt and report any faulty goods as soon as possible.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.

We aim to respond to all order cancellation requests and process refunds as soon as possible, however, it may take up to 14 working days.
